Our service uses artificial intelligence (Claude AI by Anthropic) to generate personalized gift recommendations based on user-provided information such as age, hobbies, and budget.

2. Use of Service

By using GiftHimz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our service
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions
• Respect intellectual property rights of GiftHimz and third parties

We reserve the right to limit usage, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

Refund Policy:

• Digital products (Gift Pass, Event Pack, Gift Rush Pass) are non-refundable once purchased and activated
• If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund consideration
• Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations.
